Manufacturer’s Warranty Claims
All products sold by DEY GEM Jewelry are new, in their original packaging, and are warranted by the manufacturer to the user against defective material and workmanship under normal use for the period as specified by the corresponding manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. The seller and manufacturer’s only obligation to the buyer and user for any breach of warranty shall be for the manufacturer to replace or repair, at its discretion, any part or product found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
Proof of purchase (invoice copy) is required on all claims. The defective product or part must be returned to our warehouse, freight prepaid, along with proof of purchase. All returned items will be inspected to determine the cause of failure. Please note the warranty does not cover return shipping charges to the buyer/user.

Court of Jurisdiction
