We get daily calls asking if we can replace watch batteries, resize rings, replace a diamond. The answer is YES! We are a full-service jewelry store and all the repair work is done on site by owner and bench jewelry, Don. Don has over 30 years experience in jewelry repair and diamond grading. Nothing is sent out unless it is a warranty repair by the vendor (example, watch). He does everything from untangling chains, replacing clasps, re-stringing pearls, ring sizing, replacing stones to total custom design work. Most repairs are ready for pick-up within one week. If you have never shopped in our store, stop in and check us out, have your ring cleaned while you look around!
